Terms of Service

Most Important!

  • Order through my Ko-fi

  • I will work on your commission after full payment

  • Please take the estimated turnaround times for each commission type with a grain of salt; they are not truly concrete as my focus can be all over the place!

  • I allow messaging through Ko-fi, but please provide another way of contact, such as a social media account with DMs on and/or an email (slightly more preferred).

  • Provide an image reference of your character(s)

  • Not for commercial use (e.g. merchandise, assets for a sold product)

  • Intended for personal use only (e.g. icons, stream assets, personal websites, etc)

  • Don't take credit for the commission

  • Please credit me if you use or repost my art anywhere; link back to this carrd or put one of my handles/social media

  • Don't re-sell it (especially as an NFT)

  • Don't use it for AI

  • Refunds will vary on the type of commission (info will be listed accordingly)

  • I can deny your commission for whatever reason

  • By default, I will possibly post your commission publicly to my socials and/or stream it/post a speedpaint unless you tell me not to

  • By commissioning me, you agree to all of my Terms of Service

  • Failure to comply with these rules or being rude and difficult to work with can result in being blacklisted from commissioning me, possibly put on a public blacklist as well.

Will not draw/Let me know

  • I will not draw:
    - NSFW/Fetish
    - Anything offensive, political, or controversial
    - Direct depictions of hard drugs
    - Heavy gore (minor gore, like cuts or drops of blood, is fine)
    - Real people
    - Mecha
    - Realistically
    - Very complex/detailed backgrounds
    - Fanart of media I am uncomfortable wtih
    - Anything else I am uncomfortable with

  • Let me know if:
    - You have a deadline
    - You do not want your commission posted publicly
    - You do not want me to stream me making your commission
    - You do not want a speedpaint posted of your commission
    - You want to be anonymized on public posts/the queue
    - You want a WIP sketch
    - It's a gift to someone (and who)

Less Important/Additional Notes

  • You may show me anything from my own posts as a reference for what kind of style you want
    (best viewing of full gallery on my tumblr)

  • Please be patient and know I am very new to taking commissions and am just a hobbyist artist. I may be a little slow and amateur, I apologize

  • You may request a WIP sketch if you wish to see progress and/or approve the sketch; I will not work further until you have approved it

    - You can’t request to see anything past the sketch, however.

    - Also, this of course does not apply to sketch commissions

  • In regards to requests for edits/changes, in general I will not completely re-do the commission and will only allow up to 2 requests for any non-major edits/changes

    - I will be more lax with this if it's something about the character i have forgotten to draw shown in the given ref and/or initial request.

    - However, if you have been given a WIP sketch beforehand, i will also take this into consideration and possibly be less willing with changing aspects that the sketch has shown, such as posing or anatomy, etc.

    -This may be different for different commission types, such as sketch commissions. (unique rules/notes will be listed if applicable on the Prices and Examples page!)

  • You can give me a mockup or a visual sketch of approximately what you want. It doesn't have to be pretty, just comprehensible for what you want!

  • You can check in via DMs any time to see how progress is going (you can also view progress & my queue here)
