and heres my accounts for video content!! i also barely use most of them!

the controller and brush icons are for my gaming and art youtube channels!i actually do regularly record myself playing games, but i dont take streaming or content creation seriously. it's purely to archive myself playing games, for myself.

Please remember that art requests are free and that I am under no obligation to accept them! This includes no obligations or guarantees on: time, speed, quality, satisfaction, or fulfillment.Commissions are the highest priority, then art trades, and then lastly requests.Hope you understand!

Terms of Service

  • Order through my Ko-fi

  • I will work on your commission after full payment

  • I allow messaging through Ko-fi and my email is provided there as well. If you prefer communication via DMs, please let me know and through which account.

  • When I have seen and accepted your commission, it will be added to the queue.
    - I apologize if your commission is not seen or added immediately. You may remind me to do so.

  • Provide an image reference of your character(s), preferably clean and no compression.
If it's not a clear reference, I may have to slightly eyeball/guess the colors and/or details!

  • Not for commercial use (e.g. merchandise, assets for a sold product)

  • Intended for personal use only (e.g. icons, stream assets, personal websites, etc)
    - You are free to do as you wish with the finished product, except using it for AI or NFTs, or re-selling it.

  • Don't take credit for the commission/my art

  • Credit for usage of my art is heavily appreciated and preferred; please credit me if you use or repost my art anywhere; link back to this carrd or put one of my handles/social media

  • If you do not reply to my messages and completely ghost me for at least 2 months, I will refund you in accordance to the commission's progress.
    - If you wish for me to resume your commission, let me know and I will allow you to re-pay the amount I refunded to you via a direct payment service such as Paypal, Cashapp, or Venmo (as Ko-fi does not allow for payments that are not whole numbers).
    - Please try not to do this though, it will be an inconvenience for the both of us most likely.

  • I allow for changes and revisions during and after the completion of the commission.
    - You may check in anytime about your commission's progress, and ask for screenshots. For example, you can ask to see the sketch when it is done to see how it looks so far.
    - I will not continue progress until you approve of how your commission looks.
    - You may request changes as many times as you want until you have given approval, to which I will continue forward with your commission until you ask for another check-in.
    - If I am streaming (which is currently extremely unlikely), this still applies, and you can give suggestions/request for changes during the livestream. I will confirm it's actually you by messaging you first, though.
    - If, for whatever reason, I do not want to do a change, I will offer a full refund (if the commission is not completed) or a 50% refund (if the commission has already been completed).

  • However, I may ask for fees for changes and revisions depending on the situation.
    - In the case that you already asked for a lot of changes and you ask for another one (especially if the commission was already completed), I may offer to do the change for a fee of $2 to $6 depending on the commission type and the change's complexity.
    - In other words; if you keep asking for changes, there's a likelier chance I'll start asking for fees, and if you are not satisfied with how your commission looks after completion, you can get a 50% refund or you may keep asking for changes, for a potential price.
    - Changes while the commission is still being worked on will generally always be free, and changes to a completed commission are more likely to have fees.
However, if the change is particularly complicated even if the commission is unfinished (e.g. redrawing an entire sketch to a different pose, or redrawing an entire limb on a lined, colored, and shaded drawing), there is also a more likely chance I will ask for a fee.

  • My refund policy:
    - Fees will apply to your purchase from both Ko-fi (5%) and Paypal (2.99% to 3.49% + 0.49 USD). This means I do not actually recieve the full amount of your payment.
I am still able and willing to issue refunds according to the listing price and not the price after fees, but due to the fees it will most likely be at a cost to me, but not to you. I say this for clarity and not for pity.
    - According to Paypal's policy, the ability to directly refund your payment is removed after 180 days, or roughly 6 months. I can still refund you through Paypal by just paying you the amount of the refund, though this is just something to note.
    - If you request a refund and I have not started your commission at all, OR it has been over 4 months from you ordering and I have not completed it and sent it over (regardless of how finished it actually is), you will get a full refund.
    - If I feel as if I cannot complete your commission for whatever reason, I will also issue a full refund.
    - If you have a deadline and I fail to complete your commission in time, I will also give a full refund.
    - If it has been under 4 months and you request a refund/cancel the commission, but there is progress that has been made, I will refund 50% to 95% of the original price depending on how finished the product is. (50% being that the commission is finished or close to finished, 95% being that the commission has barely been worked on)
    - This means that if the commission is completed but you are not satisfied with it, you will get a 50% refund.
    - I will send you what I have completed with the commission after a cancellation/refund. Just like a completed commission, you are free to do with it as you wish, but my TOS still applies; do not use it for NFTs or AI, and credit is still very much appreciated if you use it somewhere.
    - If you're feeling generous and want to reduce the expected refund due (e.g. wanting only a partial refund or no refund if a full one is in order, or no refund at all when there is one), you may ask me about it.
    - If you want to set something up where you do not want a refund (yet) and instead want me to continue your commission after it has been 4 months (e.g. an extension where you give me another month to finish it, or maybe you just say you can wait however long it takes, etc), I am open to that.

  • You as the client cannot directly refund the commission through Ko-fi, only I can, so please communicate if you want a refund, and I will issue one according to my refund policy.
    - Please do not try to get refunds by disputing your purchase instead of talking to me about it first, or you may get blacklisted.

  • Some commission types may have special rules that override some of the rules listed here (e.g. "skeb-style"/"surprise me" commissions where you cannot ask for edits or progress updates, "no refunds"). Please look at the descriptions on Ko-fi carefully.

  • I can deny or cancel your commission for whatever reason.

  • By default, I may show your commission publicly in some way with your username attached unless you tell me not to.
    - This includes: social media posts, streaming myself working on it, speedpaint videos, and using it as an example.

  • By commissioning me, you agree to all of my Terms of Service

  • Failure to comply with these rules or being rude and difficult to work with can result in being blacklisted from commissioning me, possibly put on a public blacklist as well.

  • You can check in any time via email or DMs to see how progress is going (you can also view progress & my queue here)
    - Please note that you cannot DM me on Ko-fi without an account. My email should also be provided somewhere after purchasing (most likely on the receipt on Ko-fi).

  • I am always open for communication of any kind unless I state otherwise! Please do not be scared to bring up something with me if you need to.

  • I will not draw:
    - NSFW/Fetish
    - Anything offensive, political, or controversial
    - Direct depictions of hard drugs
    - Heavy gore (minor gore, like cuts or blood, is fine)
    - Real people
    - Realistically

    - Anything else I am uncomfortable with

  • I am not proficient at drawing, but can try:
    - Heavily complex or detailed character designs (including mecha)

  • I can draw:

    - Fanart (especially of media i like :3)
    - Furries, humans, humanoid, feral, etc

  • Let me know if:
    - You have a deadline
(if its for sometime under 1 week, i may just deny the commission depending on how im feeling -__-;;)
    - You do not want your commission posted publicly
    - You do not want me to stream me making your commission
    - You do not want a speedpaint posted of your commission
    - You want to be anonymized on public posts/the queue
    - You want a progress screenshot at a specific moment (e.g. when the sketch is finished, if its not a sketch commission)
    - It's a gift to someone (and who)

Less Important/Additional Notes

  • Please be patient and know I am very new to taking commissions and am just a hobbyist artist. I may be a little slow and amateur, I apologize.

  • I do not have estimated turnaround times as I cannot predict how slow or quick I may be with your commission o_O; however, I imagine I will take it as a priority in my life.

  • You may show me anything from my own posts as a reference for what kind of style you want (best viewing of full gallery on my tumblr)

  • You can give me a mockup or a visual sketch of approximately what you want. It doesn't have to be pretty, just comprehensible for what you want!

  • Similarly, you can do sketches of your own revisions to show me, if you want to be specific about a revision request! (e.g. sketching over a part of the drawing to show me how you want it changed exactly)

  • If you want me to have true artistic freedom and want me to draw however I want, as loosely or as fun as i want to, or you want me to loosen up a little bit and not worry too much about accuracy (or just in general), or anything like that, please encourage me to!
    - I usually default to trying to stay as accurate as possible to how the character looks, because I'm too scared about disappointing people by drawing their character in a way they don't like >m<

  • I know this is a nonsensical thing to worry about, but i just want to say. If you don't like my art, don't commission me if you know you're going to be unsatisfied :<

  • Please also don't commission or give me money if you can't afford it or if it would put you in a dangerous position to do so!!
    - I don't really want that guilt and I think you should take care of yourself!

  • I may not always work on commissions chronologically, and I might jump around between my commissions. Though I will still try to prioritize being chronological.

  • Please do not guilt me over immediately assuming I am slacking on your commission just because you see me post some art that isn't your commission. Polite check-ins are always okay.
    - That being said, I do understand there is frustration from some people when artists do not display the best practices when it comes to commissions (namely, making clients wait for egregiously long times, especially when they still do other's commissions).
    - I will try my best to not repeat those habits; I understand it is best to not keep clients who ordered first waiting over newer clients, and I will issue full refunds if I did not manage to complete your commission within 4 months or if I feel I cannot finish your commission.
    - To clarify, I am talking about if you immediately jump to the conclusion that I am slacking just because you see a few social media posts or a few instances of me working on something that is not your commission. I completely understand frustration if progress is taking way too long with your commission, and/or I have been unfairly prioritizing other's commissions over yours, but please understand that I may not work on your commission 24/7.

  • If you are paying through card, and you are scared about providing your name, ZIP code, and phone number, please know that as far as I am aware, I can see the name you provide, but I cannot see your ZIP code or phone number anywhere.
